A 50% deposit is required on booking with the balance paid at least 6 weeks before arrival.

Bookings cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival will get 100% refund. Between 10 weeks and 2 weeks will get 50% refund. Bookings cancelled 14 days or less before arrival
will be liable for full payment (no refund)
